Bamboo Importers is committed to providing exceptional service and products.
In order to maintain the quality and performance, keep the indoor conditions at a relative humidity near 35% and at a temperature between 64 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Be aware that temperature and moisture conditions may adversely affect the products and therefore Bamboo Importers cannot be held responsible for any expansion, shrinkage, cupping, buckling or other reaction of product to water damage, moisture, humidity, or dryness without regard to the size or grade of material.

Bamboo Importers products are manufactured according to the highest standards of quality.

Any advice regarding installation provided by Bamboo Importers does not take the place of a professional installer’s expertise and informed judgment. The following guidelines should be followed when installing products:

  • Open one or two cartons to verify the product received.
  • Is the product the correct: size, color, profile, quantity?
  • Are there any surface issues: blotches, abnormal color, variation not meant to be a part of the aesthetic?

Do NOT install if any of the above conditions exist. Once you have installed the products you cannot return them. Please contact us immediately. If you continue to open more than two cartons without contacting us first, we will not be responsible for replacing the opened cartons.

Bamboo Importers will not be responsible for delays caused by fires, floods, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, sickness, acts of God or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Any and all deliveries so suspended shall, at Bamboo Importers’ option, be made after such an event has ceased to exist. In the event Bamboo Importers chooses not to resume delivery or service after such event has ceased to exist, you shall be entitled to a refund for products paid to Bamboo Importers for goods not actually delivered. There shall be no other or further liability of any kind on the part of Bamboo Importers.
